Vermont Department of Public Safety is now the tenth (10th) CPI customer to implement OpenFox Software as a Service (SaaS) solution for their OpenFox applications. Vermont DPS now has OpenFox Archive v3 application running in the CPI OpenFox Tier-III+ Data Center in Bolingbrook, IL. The Vermont OpenFox Message Switch and other CPI applications will soon migrate to the SaaS model as well.
By relocating the system into the CPI SaaS Center, responsibilities have transitioned to knowledgeable CPI staff and support. Vermont DPS, and all of our SaaS clients, rid themselves of the burden of maintaining older hardware, operating systems, and databases, freeing up their resources to do other duties. CPI’s operational strength and stability provide relief to our clients who can put all those problems behind them. OpenFox Software as a Service is a tremendous value for the Vermont Department of Public Safety.
