CPI recently upgraded the Arkansas Crime Information Center (ACIC) OpenFox System to the latest AIX Operating System software and firmware. The ACIC hardware systems upgraded were the production A and B Servers as well as the Test System server. CPI also provided a hot-swap spare drive to the ACIC SAN and reconfigured the array in RAID-5.
For this project, the work was done on-site and CPI provided migration, testing, and cutover plans and activities, documented all work and project management services.
