On November 9th and 10th, Computer Projects of Illinois (CPI) held their 17th annual CPI Training & Implementation Meeting (TIM). This year’s TIM was a great success with over 100 registrants in a 100% virtual environment.
The TIM allows CPI and our customers and our industry partners to learn more about new products, improved support processes, exchange ideas, and learn new tips & tricks. The two-day event consisted of 8 general sessions that included the State of CPI, new innovations, product updates, learning sessions, and important updates from our partners at Nlets & Peak Performance Solutions. The sessions entailed product demos, best practices, and important updates about web services, NCIC XML, CPI technical support, and NCIC TOUs.
CPI appreciated all the customer participation and enjoyed hosting everyone virtually and looks forward to seeing everyone face to face at next year’s event.
